By using QRCodeMint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service description
QRCodeMint provides a free QR code generator with optional user accounts, dynamic short links, and scan analytics. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Link to malware, phishing, or illegal content.
- Harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Overload or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure.
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove QR codes or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information.
Intellectual property
QR codes you generate are yours to use. The QRCodeMint name, logo, and software remain our property. You may not copy or reverse-engineer the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRCodeMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including downtime, data loss, or broken redirects.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
